We offer a musculoskeletal physiotherapy clinic during weekdays and evenings. Our physiotherapists are fully "hands on" meaning that they don't just talk you through a treatment, they will physically treat you. They are experienced in treating a wide range of injuries on people ranging from elite sports performers to the general public. They offer a range of techniques including:

Women's Health Physiotherapy


New to our Kings Norton clinic are a company of Physiotherapists who specialise in Women's health issues.


It involves the assessment and treatment of disorders affecting the breasts, pelvis and pelvic floor muscles. 


Michelle and Grete are experienced women’s health physiotherapists with over 35 years of clinical expertise between them. They are both passionate about improving the quality of life of women through education, advice and individualised, holistic treatment plans. Dignity and sensitivity are at the forefront of the care that they provide.

Jamie Stewart - Peak Health Physiotherapy

Jamie has worked full time in professional football for the last 6 years rehabilitating elite footballers to perform at the highest level. Alongside this, he has 5 years experience working for a private clinic. Jamie believes everyone should have access to top-class physiotherapy services. He applies the same principles that he uses with professional footballers to all of his clients, ensuring they are receiving the best possible care. He combines hands on treatment with rehabilitation planning to get the best results.


Jamie sees common injuries like lower back pain, knee & ankle pain, shoulder issues, tennis elbow, arthritic joints & tendon problems. He regularly sees people from elite athletes to weekend warriors and those who just want to get rid of their pain.

Cheryl Lockhart

Cheryl Lockhart - Mindbody Physio


Cheryl qualified from the University of Birmingham in 2006. Since then she has amassed a wide range of skills and experience in the NHS, private and charity sectors.

Her experience includes musculoskeletal (Out-patient physio), neurological rehabilitation of both adults and children, orthopaedics (joint replacements), learning disabilities and rehabilitation of the older adult. 

Cheryl also has personal experience of living with a long term health condition having contracted a water-borne infection whilst living in Brazil in 2015. Subsequently, she is fully able to empathise with anyone suffering from chronic pain, fatigue and symptoms that aren’t easily diagnosed by the traditional medical model and as such has also developed a keen interest in ‘lifestyle medicine’ which encompasses nutrition and emotional wellbeing; and can personally attest to the important role they play in overall health. The above all supporting her belief and personal experience that a holistic approach to health is crucial in achieving optimal health outcomes for anyone and everyone.
